Ohr Chabad Yishuv – Application Form

Thank you for your interest in joining the first phase of the Ohr Chabad Yishuv. This application is for families who are ready and committed to move into the Yishuv this August, for the first stage. In this phase, 30 families will live in prefab homes and begin shaping the community spirit and culture.

Please take your time and answer each question thoughtfully. The more complete your answers, the better we’ll be able to understand your family and your fit for this stage of community building.
